How to Place an Order
- Place order using our Order page
- Choose to pay either with check/money order or PayPal (a secure way to use your credit card online)
- Within 1 business day you will be contacted with the address to send the payment or an invoice and instructions on the use of PayPal.
- All reed orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days after receiving payment unless otherwise posted
- If you would like to order more than 4 reeds at a time, please contact us to see the wait for a larger order
- Once shipped, all reeds are non-refundable.
About PayPal
PayPal is a private online company that allows you to pay merchants with your credit card. You do not need to worry about exposing your financial information - PayPal does not share it with merchants. For this service PayPal charges for every transaction. In order to keep prices low for everyone, there is a $2.50 service fee for using PayPal. If you would like to avoid this fee, you can send a check or money order through the mail.
